Pizza Hut is a worldwide restaurant chain including more than 34 thousand locations. The first one was founded in Wichita, Kansas, the United States, in 1958; it was owned and managed by brothers Dan and Frank Carney. Pizza Hut is a part of the Yum! Brands Corporation, which is also the owner of the KFC brand.
The chain provides three restaurant formats:
– delivery (small restaurants selling newly-baked pizzas);
– express (fast food restaurants);
– restaurant (full-service restaurants).
The restaurants differ from the fast food points due to more varied menu, larger number of seats and larger number of attendants.
The chain specializes in the American and Italian cuisine including a huge number of pizza, pasta, side dish and dessert kinds in the menu.
Pizza Hut is the biggest pizzeria chain. Its locations can be met in more than 110 countries of the world.
